To Download our remote support software click here, and select [OPEN] or [RUN] depending upon your web browser. In some cases you may need to [SAVE] the file first and then open it. Click next through the prompts to install the software and leave all options checked. After the software installation the Windows Firewall will prompt you to [block] or [unblock] the software. Select [Unblock] and finish and you are done.

After the software is installed, if you are having a problem please call us at (314)646-1880 and we easily remotely fix the problem.

All remote support cases are billed a $25.00 minimum and $25.00 for each additional 15 minutes if necessary. A major credit card is required for remote support and will be ran for the 1/2 hour minimum before the session begins.
